Jim is a senior banker, treasurer and director with over 35 years' experience of financial markets in the UK and internationally, including NatWest Markets, Lloyds Bank and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and is a director of several businesses. He holds a degree in mathematics from the University of St Andrews, an MBA from Imperial College Business School and is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
Leslie Cairns is based in London and is responsible for assessing the viability of funding requests and their structure, both in terms of the proposed security and the on-going project management.
Leslie has more than 30 years' experience drawn from managing investments in many sectors world-wide. Leslie maintains an excellent network across domestic and international financial institutions, finance ministries, central banks and the wider international investment community.
Leslie is committed to strengthening the overall investment environment for all sectors of the community including pioneering a new foreign investment model in emerging markets, freely usable and supported by the existing international banking network.
Tina Has 30 years' experience in financial analysis, corporate strategy creation and implementation across a wide range of sectors in USA where she is based. She has specialised in corporate restructuring and assisting companies secure listing on Nasdaq and NYSE. Tina has a network of high-level Banking and Political contacts and advises a number of Ultra High Net Worth individuals. Has acted as Expert Witness in SEC investigations
Robert has over thirty year's experience in co-ordinating the functions of sourcing, production and marketing world-wide. He has extensive operational knowledge and connections at all levels of Government and Trade in Tanzania where he lives.
Peter is a chartered accountant, banker and director with over 40 years' experience in the UK, Africa and internationally, including Salomon Brothers, NatWest Markets, EBRD and the Central Bank of Egypt, and is also a director of several businesses. He holds a degree in law from the University of London and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.
Graham has over 40 years' experience in international tax, holding senior in-house positions and consultancy roles relating in financial structuring and management.
He spent ten years as the European tax director for a quoted US multinational, six years as head of tax for a major quoted Dutch multinational and four years as head of tax for one of the largest, privately held US multinational groups. Responsibilities included structuring of acquisitions, mergers and disposals, providing long term reduction of effective tax rates to companies operating internationally
Graham has had extensive experience in and responsibility for major projects and transactions, with the ability to formulate, implement and control the required strategies.
